Learn to recognize their particularities, sample them and even purchase them on the premises! With cheesemaking operations that date back to 1994, La Maison d’affinage Maurice Dufour currently occupies a choice market position while the reputation of its products has travelled far and wide, across Québec and even Canada. Since 2005, the dairy farm has been open to visitors during high season, and further enhances the diversity of the product range by transforming not only cow’s milk, but ewe’s milk as well.
